I've used versions of Lou Tabory's Snake Fly for many years and it's long been one of my favorite backcountry tarpon patterns. This version of the Snake has a long and narrow profile that lands softly with foam eyes to add a little extra buoyancy when tarpon are keyed in on surface swimming mullet.
