Floating Worm

The Floating Worm is an alternative to the original Worm for times when you need added visibility. Tied with gorgeous barred ginger hackle from Sideling Hill and a custom dubbing blend body topped with highly visible and buoyant upavon foam. I fish this pattern from April through July on the ocean when the wind is up or the water is dirty and the original Worm is too hard to see. Tied on a #2 hook.
