Ultralight, ultra soft with lots of wiggle. The Puff is basically a small Marabou Madness tied for super picky oceanside fish in clear water. Another good pattern to throw when a string sees dozens of worm flies before it gets to you.  Tied about 2.5″ long on a #2 hook.
